Terms & Policies
RESERVATION POLICIES - EVENTS:
Your spot is reserved upon registration for your chosen event. If you are unable to attend with more than 24 hours notice, you may opt for either a full refund of or you may transfer the money paid to another event, as long as the event is taken within three months. If you are unable to attend with less than 24 hours notice, you may transfer the money paid to another event or you will forfeit your registration payment. If less than five people have signed up for the event as of 24 hours prior to the event, The Art Den may reschedule or cancel the event. If you are unable to make the rescheduled event or if we choose to cancel, we will offer you a full refund.
RESERVATION POLICIES - CLASSES:
Your spot is reserved upon registration for your chosen group class. Monthly tuition and private lesson payments may be refunded if canceled with more 24 hours notice of the first class of the month. No refunds will be issued once class has started.
CLASS POLICIES:
Classes are paid for by month with each month including 4 classes. If a student misses a class, they may come in and make-up that lesson during non-class times, per the instructors schedule. Missed classes will not be “rolled over” to the next month. In the case of inclement weather or instructor illness, classes will be canceled and a make-up held on the last Saturday of the month, barring a holiday, in which case the make-up will be scheduled for the following Saturday.
