Jump into the exciting world of drawing with our course, "All Drawing." Perfect for tweens and teens, this class is designed to help students of all skill levels explore their creativity and improve their drawing abilities. Throughout the course, students will try their hand at different types of drawing, like still life, landscapes, figures, and character design, giving them a taste of everything drawing has to offer.

Our friendly instructors will be there every step of the way to help students develop their artistic skills. With a focus on having fun and expressing themselves, students will get the chance to discover their own unique drawing style.

The class is structured to suit all kinds of learners, from those just starting out to those looking to refine their techniques. Through hands-on activities, demonstrations, and helpful feedback, students will learn new drawing tricks and techniques, like how to capture light and shadow, create realistic landscapes, draw lifelike figures, and design cool characters.

Key Topics Covered:

1. Still Life Drawing: Learn how to draw everyday objects in a way that brings them to life. Students will practice observing details and using shading to make their drawings pop.

2. Landscape Drawing: Explore the beauty of nature as you learn to draw landscapes of all kinds. From mountains to beaches, students will discover how to create scenes that feel like they're right out of a storybook.

3. Figure Drawing: Dive into the world of drawing people and learn how to capture the human form in different poses. Students will study anatomy and movement to create drawings that are full of energy and emotion.

Tuesdays 7:00-8:00pm. Students must be at least 10 years old or have special permission from Ms. Lauren. Students under 10 who have taken Ms. Lauren’s Animate Characters or Comic Book Club class may sign-up for this class without prior permission. Parents may drop off or hang out.
